OVERLAND PARK ANNEXATION POSITION STATEMENT
I would like to thank everyone that I have heard from on this issue, as well as those citizens who attended the public hearing on October 30th. At this time in the process of the Board’s deliberation on the annexation petition, I am legally required to limit my communications due to the quasi-judicial nature of the Board’s responsibilities in this matter. Therefore, I would request that all questions/comments/requests related to this issue be directed in written form to the full Board of County Commissioners at the following address:

The deadline for public comments and information has been extended to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 15, 2008.
