Transportation Cooperation Council A council of local government representatives for the purpose of addressing transportation planning issues in and throughout the area of Johnson County and to promote intergovernmental cooperation by providing a forum and operating structure through which local elected and appointed policymakers can discuss and create a unified vision of transportation within Johnson County to preserve and enhance mobility and transportation-related environmental stewardship.
