Making Government more Responsive to the People of Johnson County

The constituent services team works to promote positive interactions between the people of Johnson County and their county government. In a nutshell, the team works to:

• Provide citizens with convenient access to information about the county government and its services and programs.
• Facilitate citizen communications with Members of the Board of County Commissioners.
• Advocate for constituent concerns and facilitate complaint resolution.
• Develop community outreach projects to build public awareness of the county government's priorities and initiatives.
• Function as a general community information and referral source.
