CONSTITUENT SERVICES
Making Government More Responsive to the People of Johnson County.

The constituent services team works to promote positive interactions between the people of Johnson County and their county government. In a nutshell, the team works to:

• Provide citizens with convenient access to information about the county government and its services and programs.
• Facilitate citizen communications with the Members of the Board of County Commissioners.
• Advocate for constituent concerns and facilitate complaint resolution.
• Develop community outreach projects to build public awareness of the county government's priorities and initiatives.
• Function as a general community information and referral source.
