If you need information or assistance and aren’t sure where to go first, contact the constituent services team! The constituent services team provides a single point of contact to answer your questions, to help you access specific services, or, if necessary, to assist you in resolving problems. The team works to promote positive interactions between the people of Johnson County and their county government.

If your concern or problem involves a specific agency or department, we encourage you to start at that level, typically with the director of the agency or department before contacting the constituent services team. That’s because the county’s agency and department directors have specialized knowledge about their operations and services and can usually provide you with a quick answer. Johnson County’s agencies and departments are proud of the high standard of excellence they have established in their service and response to citizens. However, the constituent services team is always available to listen to your concerns and to work with you in finding a solution.
