UPDATE:
On July 24, the Board of County Commissioners directed staff to schedule
consideration of the municipal services extended by Overland Park to the
2002 annexation area consistent with statutory provisions. That matter will
be considered as part of the regular agenda for the meeting on Thursday,
July 31, 2008, beginning at 9:30 a.m. in the Board's hearing room located on
the third floor of the County Administration Building in downtown Olathe.
