County Board of Commissioners establishes public hearing on the petition to
incorporate the city of Stilwell
On February 4, 2008, pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 15-115 et
seq., a petition to incorporate the city of Stilwell was filed with the
County. That petition, having been reviewed and determined to be of
sufficient form, was subsequently presented to the Board of County
Commissioners for its consideration. On March 20th, as part of its regular
session, the Board adopted Resolution No. 018-08, thereby setting a
public hearing on that incorporation petition for Monday, April 14, 2008,
beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Blue Valley High School gymnasium, located at
